At 10:33, as the dispatcher issued a trial operation instruction, the first-generation passenger car drove into the Tongtai Road station platform as scheduled, and the first phase of Line 3 officially entered the trial operation stage. Trial operation means that electric buses carry out various operation tests without carrying passengers, and continuously check the stability, reliability and safety of the various systems of the subway line. According to national regulations, the trial operation will last for 3 months, and no tickets will be sold to carry passengers during the trial operation. During the trial operation, the operation effects of facilities and equipment such as tracks, stations, vehicles, signals, and power supply will be inspected. At the same time, the skills of key positions such as customer service, drivers and dispatching will be strengthened.
The trial operation of the first phase of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 3 is carried out gradually in three phases. Among them, 4 to 5 trains are planned to be launched in the first phase, which mainly focuses on the functions, reliability, applicability of regulations, and job skills of system equipment. Verification; 8-9 trains launched in the second stage, mainly focusing on system linkage function testing, gradually improving personnel operating skills, ensuring the stability of equipment operation, and rectifying problems found during testing and drills; the third stage launching trains The 14 columns will organize driving in accordance with the relevant standards of the initial operation, and comprehensively check whether all driving indicators meet the requirements of the safety assessment before the initial operation.
It is understood that the first phase of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 3 starts from the Provincial Sports Center in Huiji District in the north and ends at Yinggang Station in the Economic Development Zone in the south. The total mileage is 25.488 kilometers and 21 stations are set up. The backbone rail transit line from the northwest to the southeast is planned to be operated with passengers by the end of December 2020. It is expected that after the completion and opening to traffic, passengers will take only 48 minutes to take Metro Line 3, which will effectively alleviate traffic congestion on Longhai Expressway and Jingsha Expressway, which is of great significance for improving Zhengzhou's rail transit network and accelerating Zhengzhou's comprehensive transportation construction.
