No-load trial operation of Zhengzhou Metro Line 4

[Henan Daily News] On the morning of September 9, with the issuance of the trial operation instruction, Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 4 (hereinafter referred to as Line 4) ushered in the key node-no-load trial operation, in order to laid a solid foundation for the initial operation of the society in the end of the year.


Line 4 starts at Laoyachen in Huiji District and stops at Hexi Road Station in Guancheng District. It is a backbone route connecting the northern area, Zhengdong New Area and the southern area. The total length of the line is 29.217km, with 27 stations, 10 of which are transfer stations, and 6-type B vehicles are used in the formation. The main substation is shared with Lines 1 and 2, and the control center is located in Zhengdong Control Center.


The exterior of the line 4 carriages is based on "technological blue", and the exterior ribbon design incorporates elements of the bronze tripod pattern, echoing the history and culture of Shangdu. Combining the characteristics of the station, integrate different cultures into the station hall and cultural wall design. The Provincial Sports Center Station highlights "Vitality Zhengzhou" and incorporates Tai Chi cultural elements to create a space atmosphere for national sports; Financial Island North Station uses the shape of a bird to abstractly express the idea of "convergence" in the form of light and shadow effects, highlighting "Economic Zhengzhou"; Convention and Exhibition Center Station , Fully integrated into the Chinese character culture, the vocabulary combination converges to form the shape of the Yellow River, and the emphasis is on "Humanistic Zhengzhou".


The construction of Line 4 was officially started on January 6, 2017, and the system will be coordinated on May 15, 2020. On June 30 of the same year,the whole line realized "electrified" on July 31, the whole line of "Dentong" was realized. At present, the on-site commissioning has been completed, and the train has been continuously organized for more than 20 days. The key indicators, train operation chart exchange rate, train punctuality and other indicators are better than the national standard requirements.


As the first phase of line 3 and line 4 and the already operated lines 1, 2 and 5 jointly support the formation of the network skeleton of the central urban area, Zhengzhou Metro has officially entered the era of networked operation at the end of this year. Effectively realize the leap-forward linkage between east, west, south and north, forming an urban development pattern that connects the northern ecologically livable areas, financial and business centers, and science and technology industrial parks. In order to facilitate the construction of the national central city, the Central Plains will be more brilliant and play an important support and driving role .
