The local standards adopted this time were formulated by the Hunan Provincial New Urban Rail Transit Standardization Technical Committee (referred to as the "Standard Committee"). The Standards Committee was established in Zhuzhou at the end of last year. It is composed of 31 senior experts in the field of domestic rail transit. CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. and CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. are jointly responsible for the secretariat.

According to reports, the Standards Committee has formulated 7 local standards including "General Technical Requirements for Smart Rail Express Trams", "Design Specifications for Smart Rail Express Systems", "General Technical Requirements for Rack Vehicles" and "Technical Requirements for Rack Bogies". Provide important technical basis for standardizing intelligent rail express system and rack rail express system, vehicle manufacturing, operation, etc., and promote the upgrading of local standards into industry standards and national standards.
